This section contains information about getting the most out of the NG2000 website and gives you a quick snapshot of some of the things you can do (and should do) during your stay.

Categories

1. Product News: For quick access to news about a specific product, type in the product that you're looking for into one of the Quick Find search boxes displayed atop each page of the this website. If your searches don't bring up the results you want, you might get a better return by browsing for it in the Product News A-Z Index.
   
   
2. Navigation: If you prefer to browse, you may do so through two navigation menus, also available on each page of the website. The first menu is displayed inside a blue bar across the top of each page, and it gives you access to general news surrounding industry specific genres. The second menu is displayed inside of a drop down menu. This second menu contains links to different areas of the website.
   
   
3. Address Book: Be sure to download and use the NG2000 Consumer's Address Book. This program is an MSAccess database file containing contact info for important consumer information and watchdog groups.
   
   
4. Backup Service: To prevent irreversible destruction of important purchase receipts, contracts, passwords, e-mail address books, or browser favorites or bookmarks, check out the NG2000 Data Backup Service.
   
   
5. Site News: Not only will you want to keep up with the latest product news, you'll also want to keep up with the news occurring at the NG2000 website! Visit the Community Updates section, and Site News section for details.
   
   
6. Articles & E-Books: Literature buffs will appreciate the extensive collection of consumer-related articles available, as well as a growing collection of e-books.
   
   
7. Tutorial & Awards: Learn how to be a conscientious consumer from the Consumerism 101 tutorial and take a short quiz to earn the right to declare yourself as a Certified Consumer Critic.
   
   
8. Chat Schedule: Attend a scheduled chat and learn what it takes to make smart purchase decisions and find great deals.
