This TOS (TOS) agreement governs your use of the NG2000 Consumer News and Referral Center site and all content featured within including but not limited to all links, sounds, video, text, and images.

NG2000 Consumer News and Referral Center reserves the right, at it's sole discretion, to modify, add to or remove any or all parts of this agreement at any time. Your use of this site amounts to a legally binding agreement to these terms and conditions, including any changes or modifications made by NG2000 Consumer News and Referral Center website as indicated above. If at any time this TOS agreement and it's conditions become unacceptable to you, you are encouraged to refrain from using the site.

If any inconsistency exists between the terms of this agreement and any additional terms and conditions posted on the site, such terms shall be interpreted as to eliminate any inconsistency, if possible, and otherwise, the additional terms and conditions shall prevail.
